Cardomom Essential Oil is often known to be a stimulating oil that is well regarded for its ability to calm an upset tummy. Try blending10 drops of the oil with 4 teaspoons of your favourite carrier oil and gently massage in to the abdomen. Alternatively you can add a few drops to a tablespoon of milk or Amphora Plain Bath Oil in a nice warm bath. When vaporised or burned Cardomom has a lovely effect in calming nervous tension and its stimulating and uplifting properties can combat mental fatigue.
