Galbanum essential oil is a very versatile oil. It has been known to have good skin conditioning properties - it's great when added to a base cream or lotion and applied to mature skin. It's also been used to help soothe and reduce discomfort associated with muscular spasms.Try using it in a hot compress over the affected area - hold in place until cooled. You can also burn or vaporise Galbanum to make use of its clearing and cleansing properties.
