Ginger essential oil has many applications. It's has been used astravelling aid as sometimes thought to help with travel sickness & tummy upsets when used diluted as a rub. It is also a common choice for massaging into aching muscles due to its lovely warming effects.Naturally stimulating, it is a great oil to have in the burner if you are in need of a little energy boost!Its warming qualities are also used to help soothe colds, coughs, respiratory congestion, sinusitis and sore throats. Ginger is a very powerful oil and as with all essential oils, it should be diluted to a maximum of 1% before skin application.It's refreshing and reviving scent can be enjoyed in our AA Skincare Peppermint & Ginger Liquid Soap!
