How To Use:Enjoy the benefits of pure essential oil for inhalation, massage, or in your bath. For massage, dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of any carrier oil of your choice. For inhalation , in a large bowl, pour boiling water, add 4-5 drops of camphor oil, cover head and bowl with a towel and inhale the vapours.
