How to Apply Neon Pigment:1.Prepare your nails as normalusing a file, buffer and Bluesky Cleanser Wipes.2. Apply a thin layer ofBluesky Base Coat, avoiding your skin and cuticle, and cure for 60 secondsin your Bluesky lamp.3. Apply a thin layer ofyour chosen gel polish and cure for 60 seconds.4.Using your applicator provided, take a small amount of Neon Pigmentonto the applicator and gently pat onto the nail. Use your applicator to rub the powder over the nail until fully covered.Thiswill adhere to the tacky layer of your gel polish.5. Apply a thin layer of Bluesky No Wipe Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds to finish.
