1. Before drawing the line, close your eye and gently pull the lid taut 2. Apply your chosen shade from the inner to the outer edges of the upper lash line 3. Wiggle the pencil in between the lashes to make them look thicker 4. For a more dramatic look, add volume to the line 5. If desired, the line can be softened using an angled brush
