Product Uses
Step 1- Hold lash flare with applicator and lightly dab the bond onto the base of the lash flares (you want to cover the bottom 1/4th on the inner curl side of the flare).Step 2- Place the lash flare underneath your natural lashes and use applicator to secure flares to your natural lashes by pressing them together.Step 3- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to build your desired look.
