Remove socks from the pouch, cut along the cut line & wear it on both feet.Use the stickers provided to firmly fix the socks ankle parts together.After wearing for about 50-60 mins, remove socks & thoroughly wash your feet with lukewarm water.After about 4-6 days of use, dead skin cells are naturally removed, revealing soft & smooth feet.Recommend to use once a month - the duration or effect of exfoliation may vary depending on the individual's skin & foot condition. Do not over-exfoliate & wait till dead skin cells are naturally removed.
