Features
The foundation step to great leg care - stimulation - is delivered in double with our heroes Air-Lite and Lymph-Lite. These offer the dynamic for promoting lymphatic drainage to maintain great leg definition as well as providing comfort and care on a daily basis. Use the brush first, whipping it in swift, light flicks over your body from feet to hips and hands to shoulders for a minute before, during or after a bath or shower. Then, follow with a good layer of Air-Lite, again applying upwards towards your heart from feet to knees and knees over thighs using our special massage technique - thumbs gently pushing up in lines around your legs.

Product Uses
Use Lymph-Lite before, during or after a shower daily. Flick the brush over the skin in quick movements upwards towards the heart.
Apply Air-Lite to the entire leg daily from feet to tops of thighs.
Finally, massage product well into skin. Use your thumbs to ‘push’ product up the backs of legs, gently massage behind knees, the sides of knees and thighs. The skin should look pink after massaging product into sides of thighs. Air-Lite can also be applied after sun exposure to cool and lighten limbs.
