Product Uses
Application: Be sure to store your Black Styler Pen with the lid facing down whenever possible. Starting from the inner corner of your eye, apply outwards to the outer edge of your eyelid. Try to keep as close to your eyelashes as possible. For best results, try and apply in one single stroke.
