Gently work from tooth to tooth by cleaning the outside surface, then the inside surface and finally the chewing surface of each tooth. Be sure to brush the gums as well as the teeth. Do not press too hard or scrub your teeth while brushing. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes twice a day.
