Age Dose and how often to takeAdults and children over 16 years Take TWO tablets 20 minutes before going to bed. Swallow the tablets with a glass of water. Don’t take a third tablet in the same night.Do not give to children under 16 years.Not to be used by the elderly with confusion Remember: the tablets are for short term use only. If you continue to have sleeping problems consult your doctor. Do not take the tablets continuously as they may become less effective.DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSE
