Product Uses
The Superdrug IBS relief capsules are intented to be taken orally. The recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 years and older is 2 capsules (max) 3 times a day for 2-4 weeks. IBS Relief capsules should be taken with food or after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a large glass of water (200ml)
