The strong yet lightweight construction is breathable and can be worn anytime, day or night, with regular socks over the top if you require. The socks use zoned compression to support the plantar fascia, arch and achilles to help reduce swelling and discomfort and enable a more active lifestyle. Can be worn overnight to reduce morning heel pain.

Do not use on skin that is broken or bleeding. Do not wear other compression hosiery or plantar fasciitis socks at the same time and apply no ointment, creams or lotions to the foot before wearing. Avoid wearing for extensive periods of time. Discontinue use if you experience irritation or pain. Store in a cool dry place.

1. Ensure feet are clean and dry 2. Place directly onto bare feet 3. Pull sock onto the foot from the wider end and ensure heel area is in correct postion. The sock should not cover the toes. 4. Adjust if necessary and ensure there are no wrinkles or creases present. 5. Repeat for other foot. The socks should be handwashed to ensure lasting freshness and hygiene using a mild soap and air dried away from direct sources of heat.
